I started Scarlett Staff Studio because I've experienced the hiring process from both sides of the desk. I've been the candidate trying to create a resume without knowing where to start, and I've been the recruiter responsible for finding the right people for growing businesses. That perspective has shown me just how much of a difference the right resume—and the right hiring process—can make.

My recruiting journey began in healthcare, where I recruited caregivers for individuals with developmental disabilities. During that time, I reviewed thousands of resumes, conducted thousands of interviews, and gained firsthand experience identifying what makes a candidate stand out. I learned how to evaluate talent, ask the right questions, and build an efficient hiring process from start to finish.

As my experience grew, I worked with businesses of different sizes and hiring needs.
